Aid to Tohoku

Bring Peace Into Yourself

If you are filled with anger, you create more suffering for yourself than for the other person. When you are inhabited by the energy of anger, you want to punish, you want to destroy. That is why those who are wise do not want to say anything or do anything while the anger is still in them. So you try to bring peace into yourself first. When you are calm, when you are lucid, you will see that the other person is a victim of confusion, of hate, of violence transmitted by society, by parents, by friends, by the environment. Meeting Time/Place: Torisawa Ticket Gate at 10:00AM

Train Schedule

8:30 Leave Shinjuku Station on the Keio Line (Semi-Express)
9:23 Arrive at Takao Station and change to the Chuo Line
9:27 Take the Chuo Line (towards Ootsuki)
9:56 Arrive at Torisawa Station

If you’d like to go from Shinjuku, you can get on the front of the Keio Line 8:30 train. Leszek will get on the same car at Meidaimae.
