Chigasaki – Enoshima Hike & Beach Fun (Swimming)
Bring your own beverages and lunch.
We meet at Chigasaki Station (on the JR Tokaido Line) at 10:15AM.
Take the 9:21AM Tokaido train from Shinbashi (going towards Atami). This arrives at Chigasaki at 10:13AM.
David will get on the front car of the Tokaido Line train at Shinbashi, so you can ride together if there if you’d like.
COURSE:
Chigasaki Station – Chigasaki Beach- Tsujido Kaihin Park (frisbee, lunch and beach fun (2 hours)) – Kugenuma Kaigan (beach fun & swim)

Meet at the ticket gate of MusashiItsukaichi Station (the last stop of the Itsukaichi Line) at 10:50AM.
From Shinjuku, take the Chuo Line (Express going towards Takao) at 9:37, arriving at Tachikawa Station at 10:11AM. Change to the Oume Line, leaving Tachikawa at 10:18. This train arrives at Haijima at 10:29. Get off there and change to the 10:32 (JR Itsukaichi Line) train and take this to MusashiItsukaichi (the last stop), arriving at 10:49AM.
David will get on the front of the Oume Line train at Haijima at 10:32AM.
Course: MusashiItsukaichi Station – Mt. Konpira – HoshiTake Line – Akikawa River (we will swim and play along the river as we walk back to the station (along road and river) – MusashiItsukaichi Station
Walking Time: about 4 hours

Meet at the ticket gate of Kugenuma Kalgan Station at 11:05AM. Take the 9:56AM Odakyuu Line Express (express going towards Fujisawa) to Fujisawa (arriving at 10:55AM) and change there to the Odakyuu Line going towards KataseEnoshima
(leaving at 11:00AM). This arrives at KugenumaKaigan at 11:04AM.
Have a nice walk through the Shounan Seaside Park, cross over the bridge to Enoshima Island, and go to the opposite side, where we will swim, relax, and play around. Then, we take a walk around the island before going to the beach for more of the same. Finish with a sunset party on the beach!!!
Please bring food and drink for lunch on the coast, and swimwear/beach toys if you wish to have fun in the sun.

8/6 to 8/7 (Sat~Sun) World Heritage Mt Fuji climb
(Very Difficult)
(Participation Fee 1000 yen) (Cancelled in case of rain)
Bring your own food, rice balls, energy snack bars, chocolate, bananas and plenty of water.
We will meet at Kawaguchiko station at 15:25. Then take the (15:50) bus to the 5th station.
Take the following trains: From Shinjuku station take the Chuo line (Special express to Takao) at 12:36 & change at Takao. Then take the 13:20 Chuo line (Kofu line) to Otsuki. Change to the Fujikyu line to Kawaguchiko (14:18) arriving at 15:21.
We will spend a couple of hours at the 5th stn to climatise & plan to start the climb around 19:00. Climbing slowly & taking many breaks so we can time our ascend to reach the top just before sunrise.
: Fuji Yoshida trail – Kusushi shrine (top) – Subashiri 5th station.
The total walking time for the hike will be about 7~8 hours going up & about 4~5 hours going down.

Course: MusashiRanzan Station – Mt. Ohira – Ranzan Gorge – Toki River Swim & fun – MusashiRanzan Station
From Ikebukuro, take the Tobu Tojo (Express going towards Ogawamachi) Line’s 10:00AM train and get off at MusashiRanzan Station, arriving at 11:01. Make sure to get on this train as we cannot wait for the next one.
People going from Ikebukuro Station can meet at the front end of the train on the Tobu Tojo Line platform at 10:00, or meet at MusashiRanzan Station’s ticket gate at 11:03.
Please wear appropriate shoes (tennis shoes, hiking boots), bring a lunch and plenty of liquids、and a swimsuit if you want to swim.
