Gather at Nishi Kasai Station (Tozai Line) outside the ticket gate at 14:30, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the river bank for about about 3 to 3 and half hours.
MORNING SESSION (optional)
As I will be on the river in the morning doing some scouting and precleaning, people, who may not be free in the afternoon, are welcome to join me at that time. Please go directly to the river as well as call James (the organizer) (090-1847-5075) to coordinate a meeting place.
INFO:
If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location on the river at the waterline on one side (TBA) of the Kasaibashi Bridge. Also call my James’ phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.
RAIN:
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled as we will use rain ware and take cover as necessary. In the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g., typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled or stopped if already in progress.

(Optional) OTHER CLEANING TIMES
If you are not able to make the scheduled time, check for the location and you could do cleaning at your own schedule with the bags left for us to pick up. Just use clear bags and be sure to sort by burnable, glass, cans, pet bottles, nonburnable and batteries, etc. in small open containers.
(Optional) NIJIKAI DINNER
Some participants may go for dinner at a nearby restaurant or weather permitting we could picnic riverside with some bentos bought at a nearby convenience store. The schedule will be flexible up to a vote of any members who do not go home directly.

Meeting time and place: At the ticket gate of Mitake Station (on the JR Oume Line) at 10:35 am
We won’t be able to wait for the next train, so please make sure to arrive by the appointed meeting time.
Train Schedule: Oume Departure (JR Oume Local line going towards Okutama) – 10:13 → Mitake Station
Arrival 10:34 (Some websites might show arrival time at 10:31 am)
Course: Mitake Station – Mt. Mitake and Mitake Shrine – Kori Station (about 5 hours)
Please bring your own food and drink. (There are no stores at Mitake Station, so prepare for the lunch beforehand).
Also, please wear appropriate shoes for a hike.
Requests to the participants – Please be sure to read the following:
1) Wearing a mask
Before, you were requested to wear a mask when indoors, but now we request that your mask be worn OUTSIDE as well when you are near other people or talking with others. Remember to keep both mouth and nose covered, not hanging under the chin except when you start to feel sick or have a problem breathing.
2) Lunch
When you talk while eating, please put the mask back on, or place a handkerchief or towel over your mouth. Please try to keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters between yourself and others while having lunch.
3) Passing out food
Please refrain from sharing food (candy, fruit, anything) in order to avoid physical contact with the hands. Sharing individually packaged snacks is OK.
4) Physical Condition
If you are feeling feverish or feel unwell, please refrain from joining the event.
5) Contact Information
We ask for you to provide your contact information (email address and phone number) just in case one of the participants gets infected with Corona (in which case, we will contact all participants on that event). Also, if you are tested positive for Corona after the event, please let us know so we can inform others.
