Hiking Course: Gora Station (by the interesting, scenic old train) – Myojogatake – Touno Mine – Hakone Yumoto

This course is about 5.5 hours of walking.

From Shinjuku Station, take the 7:50AM Odakyu Line Express, which arrives in Odawara at 9:27AM. From there, get on the Hakone Tetsudo (old scenic train), arriving at Hakone Yumoto at 9:48. Change there, to another Hakone Tetsudo train going to Goura, leaving at 9:51 and arriving at Goura at 10:33AM. Please don’t miss these trains.

If you’d like to go from Shinjuku, get on the front of the 7:50 Odakyu Line train at Shinjuku Station. David will get on the first car at the next station (Yoyogi Uehara). Please wear appropriate shoes (tennis shoes, hiking boots), bring a lunch to eat on the mountain, and plenty of liquids.

As we will go to a hot springs after the hike, please bring a change of clothes and a towel!
