1)「自転車で三鷹から武蔵野をめぐる楽しいBBQアースデー自転車ライド 」

★自分の自転車で参加される方も BBQの準備で人数を把握するために「参加希望」のご連絡をお願いします。
JR三鷹駅からゆっくり自転車で走って、武蔵野の公園や飛行場をめぐり BBQ (ランチ) しましょう (BBQ のみの参加はご遠慮ください。自転車ライドに参加してくださる方のみの参加となります) 。楽しくサイクリングをしながら春の風を感じてみませんか。
★自転車レンタルが必要な人（予約必須）
– 4月17日(木) 5 pm までに美紀 (MIKI)まで seitansai1335@yahoo.co.jp へ予約をしてください (このメールアドレスからの返信が受け取れるように、各自で設定をしていただけますようお願いします)。
– レンタル料金 300 円（なるべくお釣りがないようにご持参ください）
– 自転車レンタルスズカケ駐輪場でまとめて団体予約をします。
– 9:30 am に三鷹駅南口広場（玉川上水の橋付近）で集合しましょう。スタッフが南口広場で待っています。そこから一緒に駐輪場に向かいます。
★自分の自転車で参加する人
10 am に三鷹駅南口広場に集合しましょう。
コース：三鷹駅 → 調布飛行場 → 野川公園 (ランチBBQ)→ 深大寺 → 井の頭公園（3 pm ゴール予定）
全員がそろった後、スタッフよりコースの説明があり10:30 にスタートします。お昼の食べ物や飲み物、ビニールシートなどをご持参ください。BBQ (炭、アミ、鉄板等) のセットアップはスタッフ側で準備しますので、食べ物は各自でご持参ください (ゴミは各自持ち帰りにご協力ください)。途中で食べ物や飲み物は買うことも出来ます。自転車に乗る人はヘルメットをお勧めします。
ゴールは井の頭公園になりますが、途中の野川公園で BBQパーティーを楽しみましょう。基本的には自由解散となります。

Gather at FUNABORI Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the ticket gate

13:00, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the
river bank for about 3.5 to 4 hours.

If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location
between the Shinjuku Line train bridge and the Kasaibashi Bridge. Also
call James (the organizer) cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any
problems finding us.
RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.
Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until
any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain/strong
winds
(e.g.,typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be
cancelled
(and usually moved to a different day).

Gather at Myoden Station (Tozai Line) outside the only ticket

then go to the Edogawa River and pick up trash along the
banks for
about 3.5 to 4 hours.

If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location behind
Clean Center (incineration plant) and the Clean Spa. First walk to the
Myoden Bridge, cross it, and enter the riverside path on the
embankment.
Then head in the direction of Tokyo Bay until you see us
along the water

RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled
as we will move to and from the river by car and we can clean up under
cover the bay front bridges as a Plan B as well as adjacent areas. In
the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g., typhoon
conditions) or
lightning then the event will be cancelled.

コース：逗子・葉山駅 → 森戸川沿い → 乳頭山 → 塚山公園 → ヴェルニー公園 (満月のパーティー) → 横須賀駅
ハイキング時間：約4時間（11 km）

gate, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the
banks
for about about 3 5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear
long pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get
cut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is
recommended,
especially during the summer months, and please bring lots
of liquids to
drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually
have some
extra pairs available to loan out.

on
the island under the elevated C2 highway walking from the Kasaibashi
Bridge under the Tozai Line bridge to the end of the pod section. Call

6pm に来られる方は、最寄りのコンビニで買い物をした後に武道館へ向かいます。それ以降に参加される方は、各自食べ物と飲み物を持ってきて下さい。
