1) Yokohama Chinatown Walking Tour
(¥1000 Participation Fee) (Cancelled in case of heavy rain) (Easy)

Explore the largest Chinatown in Asia. The area provides a wide fat eecvariety of authentic Chinese food, and attracts many tourists and locals everyday.

☆Meeting Time/Place: 15:00 at JR Keihin-Tohoku Line Ishikawacho Station Chukagai Exit

☆Course: Ishikawacho Station – Emperor Guan’s Shrine – Masobyo Mausoleum – Yokohama Daisekai – Yokohama International Passenger Terminal – Yamashita Park – Yokohama Marine Tower – Motomachi Chukagai Station

☆Walking & Sightseeing Time: About 2 hours (4km)

2) Tama River Clean Up
Organized by Tokyo River Friends

Gather at Kojimashinden Station (ticket gate): 10:00
River Clean Up: 10:30
Return to station 14:30

RIVER CLEAN UP
Gather at Kojimashinden Station outside the only ticket gate and then
go to the Tamagawa River and pick up trash along the banks for about 3.5
to 4 hours.

INFO
If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location under
or near the new Tamagawa Sky Bridge (But walk straight to the river
first as there is no access from the bridge.) Also call my cell phone
090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.

RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled as
we will move to and from the river by car and we can clean up under
cover the bay front bridges as a Plan B as well as adjacent areas using
rain ware. In the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g., typhoon
conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled.
