(1) Mt. Takatsuka Hiking (Chuo Line)
(Intermediate Course) (Participation Fee 1.000 yen) (Cancelled in case of rain)
Meeting Place/Time: Shiotsu Station Ticket Gate at 9:45 am
(The trains are not running frequently, so we won’t be able to wait for the next train. Please make sure to meet at the appointed time since we won’t be able to attend to latecomers)
Train Schedule: 9:24 (Leave Takao Station on the Chuo Local train going towards Kofu) → 9:44 Arrive at Shiotsu.
Course: Shiotsu Station – Daimaru – Mt. Takatsuka – Shiotsu Station (about 5 hours)
Please bring your lunch and drink, and wear appropriate shoes for hiking.
(2) Inokashira Park Outdoor Halloween Party
(FREE) (Cancelled in case of rain)
Meeting place and time: At the TICKET GATE of Mitaka Station (Chuo line) at 4:45.
If you are coming later than the appointed time (After the meeting time, we won’t be able to check the messages on the cell often), please call us at 080-6546-7688, not the text messages.
The party will be possibly at the backside of Inokashira park nearest to Mitaka station. However, the exact location will be decided on the day.
Things to Bring: Food and drinks (for the party), any fun Halloween goods, costume (for those wishing to dress up), ground sheet
We will stop by Ozeki Supermarket (on the south side of Mitaka Station on the way to the park, so you can buy drinks/snacks there. There is a toilet in the park where you can change into your costume.
We’ll plan to finish (arrive at Kichijoji Station) around 21:00.
●Requests to the participants
1) Wearing a mask and keep social distance
When you are near other people or talking with others, please wear the mask. Remember to keep both mouth and nose covered, not hanging under the chin except when you start to feel sick or have a problem breathing.
2) Physical Condition
If you are feeling feverish or feel unwell, please refrain from joining the event.
3) If you are tested positive for Corona after the event, please let us know so we can inform others.
