(1) MIURA PENINSULA Walk/Swim/Sunflowers

Meeting Place and Time: Misakiguchi Station 10:15
Train and bus: From Shinagawa station, take the 8:58 am Keihin Kyuko Line train bound for Misakiguchi. Get off at the last station (Misakiguchi). It arrives there at 10:11 am. We will then take the 10:30 bus from Misakiguchi to Sun Hill (17 minutes)
We will take the bus to Sun Hill (Soliel no Oka) to see the sunflower field. Then, we walk to Arasaki on the Miura Peninsula. This is a coastline hike with nice sea views, beaches and caves. This is an easy walk, going from Arasaki to Nagahama Beach, where we will swim and have some beach fun.
●Requests to the participants
1) Wearing a mask and keep social distance
When you are near other people or talking with others, please wear the mask. Remember to keep both mouth and nose covered except when you start to feel sick or have a problem breathing.
2) Physical Condition
If you are feeling feverish or feel unwell, please refrain from joining the event.
3) If you are tested positive for Corona after the event, please let us know so we can inform others.
(2) Arakawa River Clean Up
SCHEDULE
Gather at Funabori Station: 14:30
Go to the river 14:40
River Clean Up:15:00-18:00
Relaxing riverside: 18:00-18:30
Return to station: 18:30
RIVER CLEAN UP
Gather at FUNABORI Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the ticket gate at 14:30, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the river bank for about about 3 to 3 and half hours.

If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location on the river at the waterline between the Shinjuku Line train bridge and the Kasaibashi Bridge. Also call James (the organizer) cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.
RAIN: In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled as we will use rain ware and take cover as necessary. In the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g., typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled or stopped if already in progress.
