1) Fujino Art Sanctuary Walk
(Easy Course, 1000 yen Participation Fee, Canceled in case of rain)
Meeting Place/Time: JR Fujino Station Ticket Gate at 11:00 am
Train: Be sure to get on this train if you are coming from Takao, as we cannot wait for the next train and attend to the latecomers.
10:39 Take the JR Chuo Line (towards Kobuchizawa) from Takao Station – 10:57 Arrive at Fujino Station
Course: JR Fujino Station – Benten Bridge – Ishi Yama– Fujino Art Sanctuary Walk – Iwadate Yama – JR Fujino Station
Walking time should be about 4 hours.
The Fujino Art Sanctuary Walk has more than 20 outdoor sculptures.
We plan to take the 16:44 pm Chuo Line train at Fujino Station and arrive at Mitaka at 17:30 pm for those who wish to attend the Halloween Party.
2) Inokashira Park Outdoor Halloween Party (FREE) (Cancelled in case of rain)
Meeting place and time: At the TICKET GATE of Mitaka Station (Chuo line) at 17:35 pm
If you are coming later than the appointed time (After the meeting time, we won’t be able to check the messages on the cell often), please call us at 080-5547-4719, not the text messages. The party will be possibly at the backside of Inokashira park nearest to Mitaka station. However, the exact location will be decided on the day.
Things to Bring: Food and drinks (for the party), any fun Halloween goods, costume (for those wishing to dress up).
We will stop by Ozeki Supermarket (on the south side of Mitaka Station on the way to the park, so you can buy drinks/snacks there. There is a toilet in the park where you can change into your
costume. We’ll plan to finish (arrive at Kichijoji Station) around 9 pm.
3) Arakawa River Clean Up

RIVER CLEAN UP
Gather at FUNABORI Station (Shinjuku Line)

ticket
gate,
and then go to the Arakawa River and pick
up
trash
along
the banks
for
about about 3 5 to 4 hours.
ADDITIONAL INFO
If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk
to
our
location
at
the
dirty angle between the Shinjuku train
line
bridge
and
the
Kasaibashi
Bridge but much closer to the
Shinjuku
train
line
bridge.

RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this
event
will
NOT
be
cancelled.
Please bring rain gear and we will
take
shelter
(under
a
bridge) until
any downpours let up. In the
event
of
heavy
rain/strong
winds (e.g.,
typhoon conditions) or lightning
then
the
event
will be
cancelled (and
usually moved to a different day).
