Learn how to make Sushi from a professional ! Long-time JAMBO member and Sushi chef for 42 years, Mr. Ito, teaches you how to cook Sushi-Rice, cut fish and make Nigiri-Sushi & Sushi-Rolls.
Join us, if you like cooking – and it’s ok only to eat as well (if you don’t care to cook).

*Please come to the cooking room between 16:00 and 16:15 if you want to learn how to make Sushi. You may come late (but may miss out on learning how to make it).

Don’t get on the Inokashira line express train, because it doesn’t stop at the Takaido station.

Nigiri-Sushi, Sushi-Rolls & Japanese Dishes / Pot-Steamed Egg Tofu / Boiled Radish with Walnuts Miso Sauce / Fried Burdock with Ginger Sweet Sauce / Dessert
*You can get easy cooking recipes for them ♪
☆Fee:
2500yen (collected on that day)
☆What to bring:
Apron/ One Hand towel for your hands & one Kitchen Cloth for making Sushi ( The thinner the better ) / Your own Drinks
*Though the place is a community center, alcohol is allowed, so you are welcome to bring Sake, Beer and White Wine!
