Meet at the ticket gate of Kori Station (on the Oume Line) at 10:40 AM.
Take the Chuo/Oume Line express train (going towards Oume) at 9:09 from Shinjuku, arriving at Oume Station at 10:07. Change to the 10:09 Oume line train (going towards Okutama). This arrives at Kori Station at 10:37.

David will get on the front of the Chuo Line train at Nakano Station at 9:13AM.
