The great irony is that when you support others, you are also, in fact, supporting yourself. When you withhold support from others, it is usually an indicator that you are also withholding support from yourself….

What we create on the outside is simply a reflection of what we are on the inside. If we are carrying within us hate, greed, prejudice and fear, that’s the kind of world we will create. But if we are carrying inside us love, peace, hope, compassion, forgiveness and a sense of oneness, that too is the world we will create. It all starts within – in our inner environment.
