\n13:00, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the
\nriver bank for about 3.5 to 4 hours.<\/p>\n

\nthe Shinjuku Line train bridge and the Kasaibashi Bridge. Also call

\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.
\nPlease bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until
\nany downpours let up. . In the event of heavy rain\/strong winds (e.g.,
\ntyphoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled (and
