\n13:00\u2028and then go to the Tamagawa River and pick up trash along the
\nbanks for\u2028about about 3.5 to 4 hours.<\/p>\n

\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be
\ncancelled\u2028as we will move to and from the river by car and we can clean
\nup under\u2028cover the bay front bridges as a Plan B as well as adjacent
