1) 涼を求めて朝散歩
（参加費1000円）（簡単）（大雨の場合中止）
豪快な滝を眺め、都会のオアシス清水谷公園とパワースポットの平河天満宮を訪れ、無料の博物館で涼を取ります。

☆集合時間と場所：9:00　JR中央線四ツ谷駅赤坂口改札

☆コース：四ツ谷駅→ホテルニューオータニ日本庭園→清水谷公園→平河天満宮→半蔵門ミュージアム→市ヶ谷駅

☆歩く時間は約1時間弱(3km弱)ですが、買い物や観光の時間があるので、2時間くらいかかります。

2) 荒川ゴミ拾い

説明は英語のみとなります。

Gather at SHIN KOIWA Station: 14:30
Gather riverside 15:00
Finishing up: 18:30

RIVER CLEAN UP
Gather at Shinkoiwa Station (Sobu Line) outside the North Exit ticket
gate, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the banks
for  about 3.5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle

WHAT TO BRING
Wear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please
wear
long pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily
get
cut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is
recommended,
especially during the summer months, and please bring lots
of liquids to
drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually
have some
extra pairs available to loan out.

RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be
cancelled.
Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a
bridge) until
any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain/strong
winds (e.g.,
typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be
cancelled.
