1)「三鷹から小金井公園、サイクリングロードで多摩湖まで」楽しいライド!!

JR三鷹駅からゆっくり自転車で走って、小金井公園でピクニック、サイクリングロードで多摩湖まで新緑を楽しみます。楽しくサイクリングをしながら、春の風を感じてみませんか。もしかしたら遅咲きの桜も見れるかもしれません。

★自転車レンタルが必要な人（予約必須）

4月4日(木)の午後4時までに、美紀 (MIKI)まで seitansai1335@yahoo.co.jp へ必ず予約をしてください。自転車レンタルスズカケ駐輪場でまとめて団体予約をします。9:30 に三鷹駅南口広場（玉川上水の橋付近）で集合しましょう。スタッフが南口広場で待っています。そこから一緒に駐輪場に向かいます。

★自分の自転車で参加する人
10:00に三鷹駅南口広場に集合しましょう。

コース：三鷹駅→小金井公園→多摩湖→井の頭公園（15:00 ゴール）

10:00にスタッフからのコースの説明を行った後スタートします。お昼の食べ物や飲み物、シート (フリスビーやボール等）を持ってきてください。途中で食べ物や飲み物は買うことも出来ます。自転車に乗る人はヘルメットをお勧めします。

ゴールは井の頭公園になりますが、その後（遅咲きの桜が咲いていたら花見をしながら)パーティーを楽しみましょう。基本的には自由解散となります。

大楠山ハイキングコース

ウォーキング時間は約５時間です。衣笠山公園は、全国の「さくらの名所 100選」にも選ばれおり 2000本の桜が植えられています。ハイキング当日は、桜がまだ咲いているかどうかは分かりません。

塚山公園の「さくら祭」に行きます。桜が咲いているかどうかは分かりませんが、祭は開催されています。

ランチをご持参ください。

1) 神田川沿いに歴史を楽しむ

神田川は吉祥寺から隅田川まで流れており、川沿いにたくさんの見どころが点在しています。自然と歴史に触れながら散策を楽しみましょう。

☆コース：江戸川橋駅 → 江戸川公園 → 大洗堰跡 → 関口芭蕉庵 → 肥後細川庭園 → 東京染ものがたり博物館 → 魚道 → 神田川親水テラス → 神田川ふれあいコーナー(区立戸塚地域センター) → 高田馬場駅

☆歩く時間は約1時間弱 (3km強)ですが、買い物や観光の時間があるので、2時間くらいかかります。途中で、食べ物や飲み物を購入できます。

このウォーキングコースでは、川 (川沿いを歩きます)・神社・公園・緑地などがあります。
