1) 嵐山渓谷の紅葉のハイキング
(中級コース・参加費￥1,000・雨天中止）
集合場所時と時間：武蔵嵐山駅改札口 9:45 am
電車：池袋からお越しの方は、必ず下記の電車に乗ってください。
東武東上線池袋発 8:36 (急行 小川町行き) ⇒ 武蔵嵐山駅着 9:43
コース：武蔵嵐山駅 ⇒ 嵐山渓谷 ⇒ 物見山 ⇒ 城山 ⇒ 仙元山（299ｍ） ⇒ 小川町駅
ハイキングは約 5 時間。嵐山渓谷は紅葉で有名です。
ランチと飲み物をご持参ください。またハイキングに適したシューズを履いてお越しください。
2) 荻窪もみじ狩
(簡単) (参加費1000円) (入園料300円) (大雨の場合中止）
樹齢100年を超えるイチョウ並木を始め、ケヤキ、アカマツなどの樹木と新潟・小千谷の鯉が泳ぐ池、茶室などがある大田黒公園で紅葉を愛でながら昭和の歴史に思いをはせてみませんか。今回は夜間に訪れ、園内を幻想的に照らしだすライトアップで写真映えする景色を楽しみましょう。
☆集合時間と場所：17:00 JR中央線荻窪駅東改札口
☆コース：荻窪駅北口 → 天沼陸橋 → オーロラの碑 → ガンジー像 → 大田黒公園 → 荻窪駅
歩く時間は 30 分 (2km 弱)です。
☆参加費: 1000円 入園料：300円

SCHEDULE
Gather at FUNABORI Station: 10:00
Gather riverside 10:30
Finishing up: 14:30
RIVER CLEAN UP
Gather at Funabori Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the only ticket gate,
and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the banks for
about 3.5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle.
WHAT TO BRING
Wear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear
long pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get
cut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is recommended,
especially during the summer months, and please bring lots of liquids to
drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually have some
extra pairs available to loan out. Then please come with proper footwear
or not sandals and so on.
ADDITIONAL INFO
If you come late, it will be about a 25 min. walk to our location on
the island under the elevated C2 highway between the Kasaibashi Bridge
iand the Shinjuku Line train bridge but much closer to the Shinjuku Line
Bridge. Call James (the organizer’s) cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there
are any problems finding us.
RAIN
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.
Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until
any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain/strong winds (e.g.,
typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled (and
usually moved to a different day).
