1) Wearing a mask
\nBefore, you were requested to wear a mask when indoors, but now we request that your mask be worn OUTSIDE as well when you are near other people or talking with others.\u00a0Remember to keep both mouth and nose covered, not hanging under the chin except when you start to feel sick or have a problem breathing.<\/p>\n
2) Lunch
\nWhen you talk while eating, \u00a0please put the mask back on, or place a handkerchief or towel over your mouth. Please try to keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters between yourself and others while having lunch.<\/p>\n
3) Passing out food
\nPlease refrain from sharing food (candy, fruit, anything) in order to avoid physical contact with the hands. Sharing individually packaged snacks is OK.<\/p>\n
4) Physical Condition
\nIf you are feeling feverish or feel unwell, please refrain from joining the event.<\/p>\n
5) Contact Information
\nWe ask for you to provide your contact information (email address and phone number) just in case one of the participants gets infected with Corona (in which case, we will contact all participants on that event). Also, if you are tested positive for Corona after the event, please let us know so we can inform others.<\/p>\n

SCHEDULE
\nGather at Barakinakayama Station: 13:00
\nRiver Clean Up: 13:30-16:30
\nRelaxing riverside: 16:30-17:00
\nReturn to station by Car: 17:00 – 17:15<\/p>\n
RIVER CLEAN UP
\nGather at Barakinakayama Station (Tozai Line) outside the only ticket\u00a0gate at 13:00, and then go to the Edogawa River by car and pick up trash\u00a0along the banks for about about 3 hours.<\/p>\n
OPTIONAL MORNING SESSION
\nAs I will be on the river in the morning doing some scouting and\u00a0precleaning, people welcome to join me at that time, but please make\u00a0specific arrangements with me by e-mail, arrival time, location, etc.<\/p>\n
ADDITIONAL INFO:
\nIf you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location the\u00a0river which may vary month by month. Call James (the organizer) cell\u00a0phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.<\/p>\n
RAIN:
\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.\u00a0Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until\u00a0any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain\/strong winds (e.g.,\u00a0typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled (and\u00a0usually moved to a different day).<\/p>\n
