Depending on the Covid 19 situation and the direction of the Tokyo government (such as the phase of emergency), planned events may be changed or canceled.\u00a0<\/span>There is a chance that our decision may be made at the last minute, so please make sure to check our announcement on the website accordingly. \u00a0In the case of cancellation, ‘<\/span>Canceled<\/span>‘ is written.<\/span><\/p>\n

<Requests for participants >
\nSince there are some changes & additions in the requests, please be sure to read the following:<\/p>\n

1) Wearing a mask
\nBefore, you were requested to wear a mask when indoors, but now we request that your mask be worn OUTSIDE as well when you are near other people or talking with others. Remember to keep both mouth and nose covered, not hanging under the chin except when you start to feel sick or have a problem breathing.<\/p>\n

2) Lunch
\nWhen you talk while eating, \u00a0please put the mask back on, or place a handkerchief or towel over your mouth. Please try to keep a distance of 1.5-2 meters between yourself and others while having lunch.<\/p>\n

3) Passing out food
\nPlease refrain from sharing food (candy, fruit, anything) in order to avoid physical contact with the hands. Sharing individually packaged snacks is OK.<\/p>\n

4) Physical Condition
\nIf you are feeling feverish or feel unwell, please refrain from joining the event.<\/p>\n

5) Contact Information
\nWe ask for you to provide your contact information (email address and phone number) just in case one of the participants gets infected with Corona (in which case, we will contact all participants on that event). Also, if you are tested positive for Corona after the event, please let us know so we can inform others.<\/p>\n

In order to continue holding safe events, we ask for all participants\u2019 cooperation concerning these requests.<\/p>\n

SUPER DOUBLE CHERRY BLOSSOM EVENT!<\/strong>
\n(1000 yen for either one part or for the whole day)<\/p>\n

1) Mt. Otakatori hiking & Sakuranoyama Park
\nCancelled in case of rain)(Beginner-Intermediate\u00a0Course)\u00a0(1000 yen Participation Fee)<\/p>\n

Meeting place & time<\/strong>: Tobu-Ogose Line’ s Ogose station ticket gate at 9:27 am<\/p>\n

Train<\/strong>: For those going from Ikebukuro:
\nIkebukuro Departure (TobuTojo Line (express) going towards ShinrinKoen)) 8:20 \u21d2 Sakado (arrival) 9:03 \u21d2 HURRY to the Ogose Line (on another platform) Sakado (departure) 9:06 \u21d2 Ogose arrival 9:25
\nBE SURE to get to Ogose by 9:25 since we cannot wait for latecomers.<\/p>\n

Course<\/strong>: Ogose Station \u2192 Mt. NishiTakatori \u2192 Mt. Otakatori \u2192 Sakura no yama Park (cherry viewing) \u2192 Ogose Station<\/p>\n

The hiking time itself is about 3\u00a0hours, and we will finish off looking at the cherry trees in the park. Bring your own beverages and food for lunch.\u00a0Please take a look at the websites (in Japanese) :\u00a0Sakura no yama Park<\/a><\/p>\n

After this, those who want to join the afternoon event will take the train to HigashiMurayama Station.<\/p>\n

2) Totoro Woods & Sayama Park (cherry viewing)
\n(\uffe51000 Participation Fee) (Canceled in case of rain) (Easy – Geared for children)<\/p>\n

Meeting place and time<\/strong>: Seibu Shinjuku Line\u2019s HigashiMurayama Station\u00a0ticket gate at 2:15 pm<\/p>\n

Course<\/strong>:\u00a0 Higashi-Murayama Station \u2192 Hachikokuyama\u00a0Green Area\u2192 Totoro Woods Green Area #2 \u2192 Sayama Park \u2192 Musashi Yamato Station<\/p>\n

This course will be half road and half hiking paths. We will finish with a walk around Sayama Park\u2019s large cherry tree area (Cherry viewing parties aren\u2019t permitted).\u00a0Walking hours is about 2 hours.<\/p>\n
