(1) Miura Peninsula Hiking Course

Train: For those going from Shinagawa.

\nKeikyu-Nagasawa Station Arrival – 11:27<\/p>\n
Course: Keikyu-Nagasawa Station – Kurihama Pagoda & Goddess of Mercy – Mt. Miurafuji – Mt. Houdai – Mt. Takeyama – Tsukuihama Beach walk – Keikyu-Nagasawa Station<\/p>\n
Mt. Takeyama\u00a0 is the Miura Peninusula’s high point at 200 meters.\u00a0 It has a panoramic view.\u00a0 The hiking time is about 4 hours.<\/p>\n

(2) Tama River Clean Up
\nGather at Daishibashi Station: 10:00
\n(Keiykyu Daishi Line from Kawasaki)<\/p>\n
Go to the river 10:10
\nRiver Clean Up: 10:20-12:30
\nLunch Riverside: 12:30-13:00
\nRiver Clean Up: 13:00-14:30
\nRelaxing riverside: 14:30-15:00
\nReturn to station: 15:00<\/p>\n
RIVER CLEAN UP<\/p>\n
Gather at Daishibashi Station (Keiykyu Daishi Line from Kawasaki) outside the ticket gate at 10:00, and then take a short walk to the river and pick up trash along the river bank for about about 3 to 3 and half hours with a lunch break in the middle. Convenience stores are within a 5-minute so it will be easy to buy a bento.<\/p>\n

If you come late, it will be about a short 5-min. walk to our location on the river at the waterline near the Daishi Bridge. Also call James (the organizer) cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems finding us.<\/p>\n
RAIN:<\/p>\n
In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled as we will use rain ware and take cover as necessary. In the event of heavy rain\/strong winds (e.g., typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be cancelled or stopped if already in progress.<\/p>\n
