Change there to the 9:19 Seibu Chichibu Line (just across the platform) .\u00a0 This arrives at\u00a0Higashi Agano station at 9:34.<\/p>\n<p>Walking time &#8211; about 4 hours \u2013 Higashi Agano Station \u2013 Mt Monomi &#8211; Mt.
