Trains are not running frequently and we can\u2019t wait for the next train.\u00a0 Please come by the appointed time as we won\u2019t be able to attend to latecomers.<\/strong><\/p>\n Train:\u00a0 (for those coming from Takao) 11:09 Takao Departure on the Chuo Line (towards Kofu), \u00a011:33 Arrive at Yanagawa Station<\/p>\n Yanagawa has a nice gorge that you can swim into. Or you can simply hang out on the riverside, have some eats and drinks, wade a bit and take a stroll along the bank. Also, there is a hiking course nearby for anyone\u2028who wants to hike a bit.<\/p>\n Please bring your lunch and drink. \nGather at DAISHIBASHI Station (Keikyudashi Line) outside the \u2028only
\nticket gate at 14:00, and then go to the Tamagawa River and pick\u2028 up
\ntrash along the banks for about 3-3.5 hours with a break in the \u2028middle.<\/p>\n
\nWear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wea
\nr\u2028long pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily
\nget\u2028cut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is recommended,
\nespecially during the summer months, and please bring lots of liquids
\nto \u2028drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually have
\nsome\u2028extra pairs available to loan out. Then please come with proper
\nfootwear\u2028 or not sandals and so on.<\/p>\n
\nIf you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location at
\nthe\u2028 river which may vary month by month. Call James (the organizer)

\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.
\nPlease bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until
\nany downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain\/strong winds
\n(e.g.,\u2028typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be
\ncancelled\u2028 (and \u2028usually moved to a different day).<\/p>\n
