Monomi \u2013 Mt.Shiroyama \u2013Mt. Sengen (299m)\u00a0 \u00a0\u2013 Ogawamachi Station<\/p>\n<p>We will have a 5 hour walk up a few small mountains (with the highest being 299m) and into a gorge.<\/p>\n<p>Please wear appropriate shoes for a hike and bring a lunch and plenty of liquids.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>2) Fall Color Walk in Ogikubo<br \/>\n(\uffe51000 Participation Fee) (\uffe5300 Admission)(Cancelled in case of heavy rain)<\/p>\n<p>Have a blast with fall color. Otaguro Park is a lovely layout, with viewing pavilions, stone bridges, a pond, a waterfall, and a variety of color. The admission is \u00a5300<br \/>\nThe donation will be given to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.riasnomori.jp\">Riasunomori<\/a> &#8211; an organization in Ishinomaki which works for community development.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3) Arakawa River Clean Up<br \/>\nOrganized by Tokyo River Friends<\/p>\n<p>SCHEDULE<br \/>\nGather at FUNABORI Station: 10:00<br \/>\nGather riverside 10:30<br \/>\nFinishing up: 14:30<\/p>\n<p>RIVER CLEAN UP<br \/>\nGather at Funabori Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the only ticket gate,<br \/>\nand then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the banks for<br \/>\nabout 3.5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT TO BRING<br \/>\nWear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear<br \/>\nlong pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get<br \/>\ncut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is recommended,<br \/>\nespecially during the summer months, and please bring lots of liquids to<br \/>\ndrink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually have some<br \/>\nextra pairs available to loan out. Then please come with proper footwear<br \/>\nor not sandals and so on.<\/p>\n<p>ADDITIONAL INFO<br \/>\nIf you come late, it will be about a 25 min. walk to our location on<br \/>\nthe island under the elevated C2 highway between the Kasaibashi Bridge<br \/>\niand the Shinjuku Line train bridge but much closer to the Shinjuku Line<br \/>\nBridge. Call James (the organizer\u2019s) cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there<br \/>\nare any problems finding us.<\/p>\n<p>RAIN<br \/>\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.<br \/>\nPlease bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until<br \/>\nany downpours let up.
