For those who reserve, Miki will contact the campground to let them know they are part of the same group (so we can be together). There is a limit of 15 people per group according to the campground rules. Also, the campground does fill up so the earlier you reserve the better. We will announce here that we are no longer accepting reservations once the number reaches 15.<\/p>\n<p>\u2605 Food and Equipment<br \/>\nEach individual is responsible for their own food (including preparation) and equipment. Please make sure to bring and prepare for your own food\/items for this day. There is a convenience store located about 15 minutes\u2019 walk from the campground. The campground also offers a variety of rental items. For more information, please check the official website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.okutamas.co.jp\/hikawa\/\">https:\/\/www.okutamas.co.jp\/hikawa\/<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>3) Arakawa River Clean Up<\/p>\n<p>Organized by Tokyo River Friends<\/p>\n<p>Gather at FUNABORI Station: 14:30<br \/>\nGather riverside 15:00<br \/>\nFinishing up: 18:30<\/p>\n<p>RIVER CLEAN UP<br \/>\nGather at FUNABORI Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the only ticket<br \/>\ngate, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the banks<br \/>\nfor about about 3 5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle<\/p>\n<p>WHAT TO BRING<br \/>\nWear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear<br \/>\nlong pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get<br \/>\ncut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is recommended,<br \/>\nespecially during the summer months, and please bring lots of liquids to<br \/>\ndrink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we usually have some<br \/>\nextra pairs available to loan out.<\/p>\n<p>ADDITIONAL INFO<br \/>\nIf you come late, it will be about a 25 min. walk to our location on<br \/>\nthe island under the elevated C2 highway between the Kasaibashi Bridge<br \/>\niand the Shinjuku Line train bridge but much closer to the Shinjjuk Line<br \/>\nBridge. Call my cell phone 090-1847-5075 if there are any problems<br \/>\nfinding us.<\/p>\n<p>RAIN<br \/>\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be cancelled.<br \/>\nPlease bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a bridge) until<br \/>\nany downpours let up.
