RIVER CLEAN UP
\nGather at NISHI KASAI Station (Tozai Line) outside the only ticket
\ngate, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the
\nbanks\u2028 for about 3 5 to 4 hours with a break in the middle.<\/p>\n
WHAT TO BRING
\nWear old clothing that you do not mind getting dirty, and please wear
\nlong pants. Bare legs are not recommended because they can easily get
\ncut from objects like cut river reeds. Also, a hat is
\nrecommended,\u2028especially during the summer months, and please bring lots
\nof liquids to\u2028 drink. Bringing gloves is also recommended but we
\nusually\u2028 have some \u2028extra pairs available to loan out.<\/p>\n

\nIf you come late, it will be about a 25-30 min. walk to our location
\non\u2028 the island under the elevated C2 highway walking from the
\nKasaibashi\u2028 Bridge under the Tozai Line bridge to the end of the pod

RAIN
\nIn the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be
\ncancelled.\u2028Please bring rain gear and we will take shelter (under a
\nbridge) until\u2028 any downpours let up. In the event of heavy rain\/strong
\nwinds \u2028(e.g.,\u2028typhoon conditions) or lightning then the event will be
\ncancelled\u2028 (and \u2028usually moved to a different day).<\/p>\n
