\u2605As for the end of the year party,\u00a0 please be sure to look at the information below.<\/p>\n

1) Sagamiko Lake – Mt. Takao Fall Colors Hiking
\n(Intermediate Course\u30fbParticipation Fee 1000 yen\u30fbCanceled in case of rain)<\/p>\n

Meeting place and time: At the Sagamiko Station ticket gate at 9:30 am<\/p>\n

Trains are not running frequently and we won\u2019t be able to wait for the next train. \u00a0Please make sure to meet at the appointed time since we won\u2019t be able to attend to latecomers.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Train: 9:17 Leave Takao Station on the JR Chuo Line (going towards Kofu) \u2013 9:25 Arrive at Sagamiko Station<\/p>\n

We will hike from Sagami Lake to Mt. Takao (about a 4.5 hour hike). \u00a0Please bring your lunch and drink. \u00a0Also, please wear the appropriate shoes for a hike.<\/p>\n

2) Illumination & The end of the year party (Reservation required)<\/p>\n

\nFor those not going on the hike, but want to see theIlluminations together, we will meet JR Shinjuku South Ticket Gate at 5:05 pm. \u00a0Call 080 6546-7688 (Miki and David) if you can\u2019t\u00a0find us.<\/p>\n

\u2605End-of-the-year party: Reservations required<\/p>\n

We will have an end-of-the-year party at a Japanese Pub (from 6:00 pm) in Shinjuku and the reservation is required.<\/p>\n

Reservations Deadline: By December 6 (Fri) 1 pm<\/p>\n

Please make a reservation to Miki & Dave at (contact\u2605jambointernatconal.org) (please change \u2605 to @). \u00a0You can only reserve for yourself in an email, so you cannot reserve for someone else.<\/p>\n

First 20 people will be accepted.<\/p>\n

Please understand that we cannot increase the number of people after the deadline (including the day of the event) as this is a very busy season for Izakaya. Also, we apologize for not being able to keep a waiting list.<\/p>\n

Fee: 5,000 yen (all you can drink for 2 hours)<\/p>\n

\nIf you cancel by 1 pm on December 6 (Friday), there will be no cancellation fee. Cancelations made after that will incur a 3,000 yen cancelation fee and you are asked to pay for it.
