\nGather at NISHI KASAI Station (Tozai Line) outside the only
\nticket\u00a0gate,\u00a0and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along
\nthe banks\u00a0for\u00a0about about 3 5 to 4 hours.<\/p>\n

\nlocation\u00a0not\u00a0far from the Kasaibashi Bridge in the upstream direction.
