2) Fall Color Walk in Ogikubo<\/p>\n

Have a blast with fall color. Otaguro Park is a lovely layout, with\u00a0viewing pavilions, stone bridges, a pond, a waterfall, and a variety of\u00a0color. Then you will find Kadokawa Garden and Gengi Sanbo Suginami\u00a0Poetry House (a modern Sukiya-style Japanese house, designated as a\u00a0national tangible cultural asset). The residence of Kadokawa Genyoshi,\u00a0the founder of Kadokawa Shoten Publishing & Co., is open to the public.\u00a0Tekigai Villa, the residence of former Prime Minister Konoe Fumimaro,\u00a0was used to hold a number of important meetings in an attempt to avoid\u00a0war with the US.<\/p>\n

RIVER CLEAN UP
\nGather at NISHI KASAI Station (Tozai Line) outside the only ticket gate,\u00a0and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash along the banks for\u00a0about about 3 5 to 4 hours.<\/p>\n
