Tanigawa is one of Japan\u2019s 100 Famous Mountains. It is easier to enjoy the views by taking a ropeway.<\/p>\n<p>\u2606<strong>Meeting Time\/Place<\/strong>: 9:40 JR Takasaki Line Minakami Station<\/p>\n<p>The buses are running infrequently and we will be unable to wait for the next bus.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Please be sure to arrive by the appointed meeting time.<\/p>\n<p>\u2606<strong>Course<\/strong>: Minakami Station 9:57(dpt) -bus- 10:17(arr) Tanigawadake Ropeway Station -(0:02)- Doaiguchi Station -ropeway- Tenjindaira Station -(0:50)- Kumaanazawa Hinanngoya -(0:30)- Tengu-no-Tomariba -(0:55)- Okinomimi -(0:45)- Tengu-no-Tomariba -(0:30)- Kumaanazawa Hinangoya -(0:40)- Tenjindaira Station -ropeway- Doaiguchi Station -(0:02)- Tanigawadage Ropeway Station -bus- Minakami Station<\/p>\n<p>\u2666Ropeway round-trip \u00a53000<\/p>\n<p>\u2606<strong>Train<\/strong>: If you are coming from Tokyo, take the 6:20 JR Takasaki Line train from Ueno Station (going towards Takasaki). This arrives at Takasaki Station at 8:15. Take the 8:25 Joetsu Line train going towards Minakami.
