Meeting Place and time<\/strong>: 9:47 am at\u00a0Utsugidai Bus Stop
\nThose who wish to go with David, please meet at Hino Station\u00a0(on\u00a0the\u00a0Chuo Line) ticket gate at 9:27. \u00a0We will take the 9:32 bus\u00a0from\u00a0there (15 minutes).<\/p>\n

Work hours<\/strong>: 10:00 \u2013 15:30
\n(Cutting down bamboo grass and collecting plums)<\/p>\n

Please wear long pants and long-sleeved shirt and exercise shoes.\u00a0Please bring your own drinks, food (for lunch) and work gloves.<\/p>\n

Gather at Funabori Station: 14:30
\nGo to the river 14:40\u2028River Clean Up:15:00-18:00
\nRelaxing riverside: 18:00-18:30
\nReturn to station: 18:30<\/p>\n

RIVER CLEAN UP\u2028:\u00a0Gather at FUNABORI Station (Shinjuku Line) outside the\u00a0ticket gate at 14:30, and then go to the Arakawa River and pick up trash\u00a0along the river bank for about about 3 to 3 and half hours.<\/p>\n

INFO:\u2028 If you come late, it will be about a 25-min walk to our location\u00a0on the river at the waterline between the Shinjuku Line train bridge and\u00a0the Kasaibashi Bridge. Also call James\u2019 (the organizer) cell phone\u00a0090-1847-5075<\/strong> if there are any problems finding us.<\/p>\n

RAIN: \u2028In the event of light or medium rain this event will NOT be\u00a0cancelled as we will use rain ware and take cover as necessary. In the\u00a0event of heavy rain\/strong winds (e.g., typhoon conditions) or lightning\u00a0then the event will be cancelled or stopped if already in progress.<\/p>\n
